Our company was in need of serious technology help and computer upgrades. When we contacted Mr. Baum, he came to our office, evaluated our current system and scheduled a meeting to address what we would need. We were presented with details of exactly what would be done and he answered all our questions. We have not had any major issues and the small ones we have had, we have been very pleased with the response time in which they were remedied. We have a couple programs that are industry specific and he has worked diligently with their tech departments to insure our installations and updates work as required.

I have come to regard Tom Baum, owner of DatCom, as one of the most dependable, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He offers a personal, professional service to rectify software as well as hardware problems. It is obvious why he has succeeded where others have failed.

I was with my previous IT support company for several years but as they grew they became harder to contact (with any urgency, at least), they had so many clients they often left me waiting a day or two or three to work on my issue, and worst of all they became arrogant in their billing department, raising their rates as if they were some powerhouse law firm. ——— Tom Baum’s DatCom, LLC. has been a very refreshing change. He has employees who can run out and do simple fixes, but he handles most of our issues. I can handle 80% of our IT issues, but everything else, primarily our network services, are proactively managed and monitored by Tom. He offers personalized service, is readily available via phone or email, and is happy to remotely connect to my PC’s at any time to efficiently remedy my problems.

I have only dealt with Tom, the owner, and so cannot speak of all employees. If the rest of the employees are as committed to excellence as Tom, then there probably aren’t enough superlatives that I could use to speak about the company – caring, committed, prompt, skilled are but a few.- definitely a five star experience.
